Pat Hancock, broker-in-charge of Pat Hancock Real Estate, moved to the Bluffton/Hilton Head area in 1968 from Tallahassee, FL. She became a SC Real Estate Broker in 1976 and worked with Sea Pines and Hilton Head Management Company from 1971-1989, with exception of one year with Fripp Island Resort in 1980.
